All prices are in Pound (£) Sterling and include VAT at 17.5%, the current rate.
Order Processing:
If the product you require is in stock then the order will be dispatched that day on any orders placed before 2pm. Thereafter it will be the next working day. Parcels will be despatched using either Royal Mail, Parcel Force or City Link delivery services. Occasionally we may find that the item you require is not in stock. If this is the case we will reserve the stock for you from our next delivery or offer an alternative item. We endevour to ensure that that all information on the site is as accurate as possible, however from time to time there may be changes to product or pricing during a season. We will notify you of any changes that may have occurred on any item you order.
Payment:
We accept Visa/MasterCard/Switch/Delta and solo. We do not accept Electron or cheque payments. Payments are collected by protx, the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the country, providing secure online payment processing.
Should you wish to place an order but do not want to leave your details online then please contact us and we can arrange payment or retuen a call at a time Convenient to you.
Returns:
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If however you need to return an unused item you can do so within 14 days for an exchange or refund as required (this does not affect your statutory rights) Please not we are not responsible for return postage, and suggest that you return items registered mail as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that fail to reach us. Please note while every effort is made to ensure that colours portrayed on the site are of a fair representation to the actual product, there may be variations in photos and colours from the products due to changes made by manufacturers and style changes.
